I was upgraded to a new-fashioned room in an almost Japanese style of efficiency. The room had central heating, multi-channel television, and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was great and incredible for me, right by Downtown Dallas and the Deep Ellum neighborhood and city center and metro station to/from the airport.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay at this clean boutique hotel with very pleasant staff. The rooms are decorated in a lovely Japanese style that enhances the efficiency of the space. The Japanese-inspired decor of the rooms adds to the overall marvelous and fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it even more appealing.

The room I booked was modern and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a TV. The location was perfect for exploring Dallas, close to food districts, downtown, restaurants, and the American Airlines center. The staff was outstandingly pleasant and always ready to help.

Had lunch/dinner at Majestic Theatre, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

This place is centrally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Plaza of the Americas, the rooms are adequate and functional, with convenient access to Netflix, a rainfall shower, and good air conditioning.
